I'd tried my hand at making some bracelets, never took a class but bought Jewelry books.

I tried one of those work-at-home deals one time making earrings. The technique was fairly easy, but they wanted every tiny seed bead to be exactly the same size which made it ridiculously time-consuming. I used to have a friend who made bead and crystal necklaces and bracelets, though. If you have an eye for it you can make some really beautiful pieces.

No I don't, but it seems like it is fun. I would love to make it as a hobby.

At 1 time i did, but got bored with it and moved onto other projects. Right now i am into painting gourds and will be trying other ways of doing them. I would like to be able to put a photo on one, So will be working on that soon. Am waiting for warmer weather  it is pretty cold out and you can't have them in the house to clean because they have mold inside. Who knows what i will do later.

I haven't tried it yet but my mom bought a kit and I am going to give it a try. A girl I used to work with made things and sold them. I am going to see if I can make things to sell for extra income.
