Positive Affirmation for the New Year

Do you like to create positive affirmations for yourself?  I do.  It's all about personal growth and self improvement.

My affirmation for 2013 is:

Thank you for showing me that, each and every day, I look and feel even better than the day before as I consistently manage my calories. 

I recently found a website called caloriecounter.com where I can log my calories in much the same way as I record transactions in my check book.  This is a pretty good option for people who like to manage and organize what they have.

I love positive affirmations, I have them written in every mirror in my home in lipstick lol.  My favorites are life is what you make it and if you can believe it you can achieve it.  I have a book of self written positive affirmations and some of my own favorites are: it's up to you, and only you, to change what you don't like about your life and you can't get a new life but you can clean up the one you have.
