Do you have a champagne toast at midnight? What do you generally say in your toast?

I used to have Champagne. But I don't like mixing. So I toast with the drink I am having. I basically say that it is a new year and we have to move forward and enjoy ourselves.

We just have a toast with whatever we are drinking.  We also usually celebrate New Year's  in some other time zone, because of the work we do, we are always up at work early on New Year's Day.  We are in California, and New Zealand and Australia times zones are nearly 24 hours ahead of us.

I don't have champange, but if I rendered a toast it would be to the bravery of the soldiers that died in Benggazi.

I'm usually alone and don't go out, but I still pop some bubbly while watching *bleep* Clark's show.  I'll have a midnight snack of something new to bring new things into my life.  :star:  :star:

Each day I give thanks to the Lord for life, liberty, safety, health, finances, blessings, his grace and mercy.  My thanks is not just reserved for one day-it's everyday.
