dont know i always do the free ones, but i would imagine that you do have to pay and that is why they are worth more than the free ones, because you are actually buying something.

If you do one you should probably plan on paying for it. It probably depends on your credit card billing cycle and on how quickly the offer bills and credits. Usually the billings happen pretty quick and the credits take longer. Whatever happens you should give the offer a legitimate shot and try their product or service. If you're not really interested you probably shouldn't do it.
