Issue with Referrals

I have 2 referrals that show they have completed an offer but did not confirm their e-mail address. I appreciate the $2 bonus but I'm wondering why didn't I receive $1 for them signing up? I didn't think they could complete an offer without confirming their e-mail address first.

Ask your referrals to go through their email to find the first email from FC and to confirm their address. There should be a link for them to click within it. However if your referrals opted for you NOT to contact them, you just have to wait until they figure that out on their own.

Thanks for the responses. All of my referrals have opted out of being e-mailed. That's strange how they can skip the e-mail confirmation. Most sites I've signed up for require you to confim your e-mail before you can even see any offers.

That is what I thought. None of my referrals have moved forward to the cashout stage though.

I have a couple of referrals that have not confirmed either.  I wish I could send them a reminder to start making money on FC.
