At least my recent attempt to complete a survey was ended quickly.

Without going into alot of personal info I selected a Movie survey.  I'm between the ages of 35 and 40, hispanic, and have no kids under the age of 18 living in my home.   I work at a theme park and after I chose "service" as my industry I get kicked out.

I spent a lot of time doing a survey for SSI today and was on the last page when after clicking on the "next" button the website address just started swirling.  I waited and waited and waited some more (at least 15 mins) but it never would finish loading so I just had to close it out; lost that .55 after going all the way thru the survey.  It was one of those that want you to do more at a later date and I had agreed to that and entered my email address.  Pretty frustrating!!

Ah, lucky you, I had  a sruvey the other day that had an estimate of 20 minutes. I took the (VERY BORING/REPETITIVE QUESTIONED )survey for 45 minutes and got to the last question and the survey had already been closed!

yeah ... very very frustrating when you go thru what seems like the entire survey with a slew of questions only to be told that you don't qualify or the survey has been closed!!! The occasional success makes it worth while but I wish it wasn't the exception

I hate when that happens, it really discourages me from even trying a lot of surveys.
