WINTER WEATHER MAKES ME DROWSY

Hi,

Does winter weather make anyone else drowsy? It does me and I don't know why. I wonder is there some kind of toxicant in the cool air that makes you sleepy or is it just another one of the world's mysteries, hmmmm   good night, lol!

I think real hot weather and cold weather make me drowsy. I hate to go out into the cold weather and would rather stay snuggled up in bed.

winter makes me depressed brings my mood down.... its just dark and cold and i just hate it especially snow cleanings driveway car hard to drive just horrible

The cooler temperatures during the Winter helps me sleep better at night.

On the contrary, the summer heat makes me drowsy. There are times I find it difficult to sleep well during the winter night when my feet are ice cold and numb. I shiver underneath the blankets just to try to stay comfortably warm as much as possible.

Any dreary day makes me drowsy whether it is cold or not.  If it is dark and rainy all I want to do is sleep and watch movies.  I can take more than a few days of dreary weather though cause it makes me depressed after a few days.

Not sure if it makes me drowsy, but it makes me not want to get out of a warm bed.  I was drowsy a couple days ago, though, when it was a cold and rainy day.

It is because of the sun.  If you take some vitamins in the winter you will have more energy.  Or have a child and they will keep you energized. LOL They say if you exercise you will get more energy, too.

I'm always tired. But I do feel sleepier during the winter. Lack of sun and that seasonal depression.

The shorter days make me feel sleepy a lot too. I think this is common.

I try and do outdoor work in the summer and indoor work in the winter....try a project...maybe paint a room,
