I used to eat lunchables alot when i was younger. I still get them now sometimes. I get the Nachos. They are good for a late night snack. I try to catch them when the store has them on sale for $1.

I must be too old - What are lunchables?????
Gasp Alice.   :o lunchables are in grocery stores over by the lunch meat, cheeses and bacon.  They are premade kits of crackers, cheese and lunch meat.  Most also have a snack size candy or cookie along with them.  And they come with a drink too.  They've really expanded the line of lunchables through the years.  I don't personally buy them just to have around.  As many have said they are too expensive anymore.  If my kids have field trips or we're out running errands and it cuts into lunch or dinner than I'll treat them to one to tie them over.  Now that my son is getting older he would rather stop in subway and get a sandwich instead of a lunchable.  I'm completely ok with that since the price's are comparable but he's getting so much more in nutrition through subway.

I can honestly say that I have never tried a lunchables.

It's just as easy to whip up a peanut butter & jelly sandwich with a nice glass of milk.

When I had younger kids I always kept a few around.  When you are running out the door to a game or practice, or just have a lot of errands to do they will as, someone else said, give them a little munchy until you get home.  We have them very seldom since they are not the best thing you can get for your nutrition.

It is not worth it. You don't get what you pay for.

I rarely buy them but when I do I get the nachos with that not so spicy salsa. It's the only one I like. My boys don't like them at all.

I've seen them in the stores and the concept seems reasonable, but I don't eat stuff like that.
