Sorry about your wrist. I have broken many parts of my body. When you break something you realize how much you use it during the day but you also learn very quickly to use other things to help you.
Just be careful not to use your wrist to much you don't want to make it worse or do any permanent damage.

my sil was carrying my daughter thru their bedroom doorway (ahem) and slammed her hand in the doorframe on their honeymoon (oops) at the time i was furious but now that time has went by it is totally funny  it was an absolute accident he is not abusive
