need an identity mark or aviator

how do i get an aviator or identity picture

Click on the "Profile" link in the block of green with white lettering.
This takes you to your profile page.

On the left side of the page, is a block headed 'Modify profile'
Click on the "Forum Profile Information" link and it will take you to the page where you can enter your picture for your avatar.  You can enter your own picture or select from those provided.
