Amp / OTX Problems

Anyone else having this problem with Amp / OTX surveys the last day or two where you start the survey and it keeps asking the same questions over and over again and then error's out on you or directs you to another survey site to sign up with? This is so odd.. happened yesterday and again today.

I have had some problems in the past.  I think it is linking errors and it can be frustrating.  I usually just keep answering until I get into a survey or get three strike outs.  Sometimes I think the repeative questions are to verify the consistancy of replies but maybe that's too advanced.
