One of my favorite thing is driving around and looking at the houses that are decorated. There is a area every year my family goes to called Christmas tree lane and the houses there are beautiful and down the middle of the this long street area like 4 blocks they have it decorated by the city. The parades and seeing the big smile on my son face. Also the movies and the nice glasses of eggnog with my favorite brandy.

I love when you stubble upon a great neighborhood with crazy lights set up.  There is a neighborhood we drive through every year about a week before Christmas and the people that live there have some of the best scenes set up and they are beautiful.  I also enjoy spending time with the families and seeing the youngsters open gifts and get so excited about everything.

My favorite thing about Christmas is the joy of helping others --i work at the local ministry here and i run the Christmas program to help families in need have a merry Christmas--so far this year i have signed up 100 families and a total of 312 kids we get sponsors to help with the gifts and we the ministry give them a Christmas food box with either a ham or turkey--its just a great feeling to be able to get to do this--this is what Christmas is about helping others in Jesus name

What I love about x-mas is not the gifts the, the decorations, party's, not even the Christ reason cause he wasn't even born on Dec 25th. It's that people remember others not just family but other families that don't have anything.And that we are willing to give to those with less.

My favorite thing is the joy my kids get from it.  They're teenagers, but still seem to enjoy the season.
