who was your hero from childhood?explain why?

my teacher in first grade. because at the time i had a infection burn in my she clean it everyday at school she is so amazing.i love her to death.

Wow!  That's a great nurturing first grade teacher you had.  I hope my children's teacher are that caring.  They are in a school district where there isn't a school nurse so between the teachers and office aids they all pitch in to play nurse for the kids.  I'm not sure if I like that or not yet.

My childhood hero was my sister.  She is 11 years older than me and has proven to be an amazing woman going after what she wants not allowing anyone to get in her way of happiness.  Now that I'm all grown up I can see the difficult time she probably had making some decisions and that is just one of the many reasons why I love her that much more today.

I expect it was John Wayne because as a child I really looked up to movie stars.

My dad - he taught me how to treat people with respect and to have a good work ethic. I guess that is more of a role model but it works either way.

My Dad is my Hero and always will be. May he RIP. I have learned so much from my Father that till this day there are things I am faced with and I just think what my dad would say or what he has said already. My Father was a major part of my life growing up. I never had a mother only mother figure's. My father was the most important parent in my life that I can say Daddy you are my hero. Thank you and I will always have you in my thoughts and my heart.
