Just wondering if the only way to earn is Offers and Post topics once a month. Or is there other ways too?

Fusion is an easy site...when you complete offers you do not have to submit them.  Just click the offer/ complete/ and wait for your credit!

Referrals are the big secret to pulling income in on this site. While mine have slowed down a lot, the payoff of $3 per referral and $5 when someone cashes out is pretty darn good. So far, I've only had one person I've referred cash out, but the $5 with no work was pretty good.
 
In fact, you can make money by posting on other sites' fora with your fusioncash banner in your signature. People see your signature and think they can make money, too. So you make more money when they do.

so then my questions would be 1. how do i get one of those banners? is there something i have to do to earn it?
some things like the netflix offer are kinda worded inappropriately, if you get 15 dollars and you pay 8 for the offer the actual earned amount from it is 7. (15-8 (signup) = 7) or is it simply that you're account is credited 15 dollars toward cashing out?

The reward amounts listed on FusionCash are the reward amounts you receive from us, and they count entirely toward your cashout.  Any charges related to the offer are between you and the advertiser.  FusionCash cannot pay your Netflix bill for you, for example.
