Fusion Cash Paid Survey - SERVER ERROR

Tried clicking the link for the Fusion Cash Paid Survey:  "Easy and Short Household Item Opinion Survey (8 mins.) - $2.10."  When it opened the Survey window, there was a SERVER ERROR which states:

"Server Error in '/' Application.
