for me, it is all about the yummy casseroles! (well, and dessert!). i could do without the Turkey, lol.

Man I can't think of what isn't a must have lol.  I gots to have the turkey, the stuffing, cranberry sauce and the mashed potatoes and the pumpkin pie.  We always have peas or green bean casserole - I guess that would be what I could do without - although that is good too.  :dontknow:

That is so funny to me bc i am not a big fan of mashed potatoes, mostly bc we have them a lot (they are cheap and quick to prepare)... I think i like the stuff that I rarely have like squash casserole, sweet potato casserole, and dressing.

There are so many to choose from. My family always looks to me to make the macaroni and cheese. I love my mom's dressing. Of course you have to have cranberry sauce. For dessert, I look for my mom's apple cobbler or some kind of apple pie.
