Not credited for joining MySoapBox

i always wait until i see credit before i close out of anything.  i signed up for this one and even confirmed my registration.  i didn't get credit for $1 or one cent.  i always get credit for doing the fc surveys.  i don't know what happened this time.  what a bummer!

I didn't get mine either. Sent out a support ticket with the email copy from the confirmation email and the thanks for filling out your profile email.

It should be noted, that, there was nothing mentioned, anywhere, about keeping X window open for any particular time. It only said to complete. Completed. Done.

I decided to send in the support ticket right away (about 1/2 hour later (11 am. friday)) because they had credited me the $.01 and the other page of clicked links showed i did not receive credit. Additionally, i lost out on 4 surveys from the previous 2 days.
On friday, I started with the whole, clean out your cookies rigga-marole. Pretty dissapointing when this happened.

I would like to say....I got credit on 43 videos, 3 other surveys and my pay-for-clicking. Just waiting on my dollar and wishing i got the other few bucks from the lost surveys on Wed. and Thur. (though, i am not exactly certain which ones they were....at that point i didn't keep track of my stuff...to much trust i guess.)

I just went and clicked my link from my FC surveys page (link still there for the soap box)::

Hmm ... after I failed to receive credit for this offer, (and I did leave the completed page up, went to e-mail to confirm theirs and then filled out not only the initial survey but, one other), I noted others had received credit but, didn't say they did anything differently than we did.

Though I haven't sent in a support ticket, the soapbox offer ($1.00) still appears as 'available', though if clicked, I get the same message you did, (already a member, albeit an uncredited one).

This is an update. Not only am I now a member of Soapbox, I have completed one or two surveys for them and got points but I still have not received my $1 credit from FC for joining the site. Many others have also not received their $1 credit while many others have. I think that I am going to wait until Monday and if I have not received my $1 by then, i will open a support ticket.

Me too!  I got the $.01 DQ bonus...but I kept the window open while I went to the email and confirmed.  I still have the window open but I have not been credited for the $1.  So, I take  it DQ means disqualified, is that correct?

I was one of the lucky ones.  I received my credit for joining this survey site, but they didn't have any surveys for me except the one about my personal information.

I took this survey fairly late last night.  The notification email actually came in as I was finishing the survey so I did click on the verification email while the survey window was still open.  I got credited immediately and did not have to wait until Monday for it to show in my account.  In fact, I already took and got credit for a survey within minutes of joining.  Maybe you can forward your welcome emails to FC staff and get the correct credit for this?

You will probably get a survey later today or tomorrow. None were available at the time that I joined but I got one shortly. Glad you got your $1 credit. I was someone who did not but, nevertheless, I am getting surveys from Soapbox as well ss getting points for their surveys.

I also joined soapbox yesterday and didnt get credit not even a penny. the link is still on my page so i clicked it again and it took back to the info page. It was wa if i never signed up for it in the first place. Whats going on? Yes I did follow all the necesary steps when I signed up for it the first time.

This may be attributable to different user interfaces/browsers; as some members are getting credit for this offer and some are not, (although no one has mentioned which browser they'd used, this sort of thing has occurred before).  I used IE8 to not get credited.
