Not credited for joining MySoapBox

Dear admin....

i have joint mysoapbox via FC Survey just now, it got thru, i even get email notification from them, and start to complete my account there.
but then FC only give me 1 cent for disqualified survey?

Did you close out of the original survey window that said to go to your email and verify? I left that window open while I clicked on the link in my email and set up my account through their site. Then, I waited until I was credited before I closed out of the original survey window.

Sometimes it takes 24 hours to get credit. You might not get it until Monday. If you do not get it by Tuesday, open a support ticket because mistakes have been made in the past.

Really? eventho i got:
"FC Survey DQ Bonus: Join SoapBox Panel [You got a penny for trying this FC Survey]    2012-11-09    $0.01    Approved"
on my account already.

But who knows, admin will read it, change it into 1$ credit

I think maybe you may have accidentally closed out of that original survey window. That is the window that decides whether you get the $.01 or credited. I'm guessing that you closed out of that window before it registered you having signed up for the panel. It works like this with all surveys. If you close out of the congratulations window too quickly, your results won't be recorded. In the case of this survey, it didn't have a congratulations page, but you still needed to keep that original window open until you get credited.

Well, would you believe. I checked my FC survey tab and found the Soapbox Panel. I joined. I even got a verification email and updated my profile. I never got credit and I never even got the penny for not qualifying.  Instead, i got some kind of error message when i tried to go to my account. Maybe, later.

I don't know what's going on... I qualified, completed and verified mysoapbox account and I still haven't been credited! This is the  4th offer i've qualified and completed that I haven't received credit for! Not counting videos... It's weird because since I first joined FC ( Oct 18 ) i've always instantly ( 1-10 minutes ) received my credit for FC daily surveys!

yeah, finnaly i will say may be i did... the more i talk about it, the more i am sure it was my mistake
