Refferals bonus denied?

yes, that has indeed happened to me - had a friend that tried to sign up at my house and had no cell phone to have her account verified - then she tried to set up another account - and still did not succeed with verification - so those referral bonuses were revoked - they need to complete the verification process and their profile for you to secure your referral earnings... ususally not a problem - only had this happen with the one friend that I know - she still hasn's successfully completed her sign up here - but I know that if and when she does - I will get that referral bonus back right away!  Hopefully, just a glitch like that and you will get your referral bonus back too!

The bonuses that I had that were denied I found out was because one of my referrals signed up twice...grrrr! Make sure you tell your referrals only one account or they will be banned all together!!

I wonder if that's why one of my ref's was denied. I couldn't figure it out. Did you ask customer service or did you find out another way?

I submitted a support ticket and asked why, and that's what I was told.

I had to go back and re-read your post.....keep in mind that your friends (referrals) cannot sign up from your house. They need to sign up using their own computer (IP address). The probable reason that she wasn't able to succeed with the second verification is because you can only sign up once. You're lucky that you didn't get your account banned as well. You might submit a support ticket and see if your friend can still sign up using her own computer. All this stuff is in the Terms of Service, so it's very important to read that stuff.
