Does duck quack echo

I heard the duck quack is only sound that does not echo - however I have seen where that is not true  - the quack does echo - so does anyone know - any duck experts that have that info?

Strange.  I've never heard of that before.  I'll have to research it now.

In the case of the University of Oregon football team (Ducks) it seems to be true. They haven't lost a game yet, so I guess that's an echo, isn't it?

My son taught his 2 year old girl how to say what different animals say, so when you ask here what a duck says, she says quack quack.

Then when you ask her want a duck DOES, she raises both arms over her head and says, "TOUCHDOWN".
