when you're done with a survey and get the you've completed page, leave it open for five or ten minutes.  that will help it credit faster.  on the offers, sometimes it can take a day or two to credit, and unfortunately there is the occasional survey that just doesnt credit at all.  it's not fc's fault, its the one offering the survey.  if you dont get paid, neither does fc

Natasha is right. If no surveys are offered, you do not get credit. If a survey is offered, and you qualify for it, complete the survey all the way through and you should receive credit. Be aware though, sometimes completed surveys do not credit at all.

Getting aggravated because ever since I've reached about $15 every survey says I don't qualify for it.  How can I not qualify for any survey every day.  The only way to make money now since I don't have a phone is clicking on the videos, which does not give you hardly anything or the human intelligence tasks which take forever to get 3 cents.  Is this a rip off or is it just me????? :BangHead:

I am having trouble with surveys too.  I can't seem to find any to work.  Maybe one or two a week and that does not add up very fast.  I do however ususally get credit for them, sometimes just not right away.  keeping checking back and see if you get the credit by the end of day.   :dontknow:

Sometimes I complete surveys that I don't get credited for. Very frustrating, but it happens.

FusionCash is not like a restaurant; our paying customers aren't you members but rather the advertisers and survey providers.  Members like yourself are independent contractors, and you get paid rather than paying us (like you do with most businesses).

We work hard to balance the needs of our members (without whom there wouldn't be a site) and our advertisers (without whom we couldn't keep the lights on).  This means a number of compromises: we have to limit the amount of bonuses we issue (we don't earn anything from it being your birthday... not to mention that with 2.3 million members we'd be issuing approximately 6000 birthday bonuses per day on average... not to FURTHER mention that if there was a birthday bonus, people might tell their referrals to choose a fake birthdate which is coming up soon so that they can get an additional bonus [and an incentive to falsify information is bad]).

As for survey qualification, it's a complex issue:
1) Surveys are often routed through two or more survey systems, and they rarely share information: so you may have to "qualify" for a survey multiple times.
2) Surveys are typically targeted at one demographic "slice", for example "males in the midwest".  Once the quota of "males in the midwest" is full, you wont qualify anymore.  You may see other people being credited for the same survey, because they're in a different 'slice'.
3) Since your qualification depends on your demographics (which you can't control) different members have different experiences with surveys.  For some, who are among rarer demographics, they almost always click through, qualify and get credited.  For others, among more common demographics, they have more difficulties qualifying.

To belabor the restaurant metaphor, a survey provider might "order" 200 survey completions from "males in the midwest".  If we delivered them "females in new york" instead, they'd rightfully be dissatisfied; like getting fish 'n chips when you ordered a steak.  This is why taking surveys can be frustrating, inconsistent work.  If there was a way to improve it, we would, but you can't really tell a multi-billion dollar multinational research firm that their survey platform "needs to be fixed"...
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

I'm so excited. I just got credited for taking the travel survey.  It was one of the ones this morning that gave me an error message when I tried to take it, but tonight it worked just fine.  A lot of it was about Dollywood, a theme park in my own state and it was really fun to take. I've never been to Dollywood, but really want to go, especially after taking this survey.  It was a good paying survey and I'm glad because the 32 minutes listed as the amount of time it would take, turned into about one and a half hours for me.  Yep, I'm slow and I put a lot of thought into my answers, but it's okay when I get paid for my effort!

I completed another survey!!!  Wooohooo!  I'm on a roll.  After having a long, dry spell with surveys, it is very exciting to be able to complete a couple successfully.  It sure does make your earnings total jump up quickly.  I can see how the people who qualify daily can make some of those big totals that I read about in the forum.

I started FC using Firefox browser with the toolbar.
I was having some problems with surveys crediting.
I switched over to Internet Explorer with the toolbar and have had better results (only been testing for 2 days now).
I still prefer using Firefox when i choose to watch videos.
It is hard for me to keep tabs open after a survey...muscle reflex has me closing them promptly.

When I started a few weeks ago, I almost never qualified for surveys.
The trick is to answer the questions honestly. BUT, don't read into them to much. Read them as they are and answer them as they are.
It is typical for a survey to ask the same question a few different times, in a different way. If you answered, yes I hava asmartphone at the beginning of a survey (but its broken, you know this in your head) you may get bumped out of the survety later when the topic comes up again and you answer differently when they ask what company do you use to get service on your smart phone.

Surveys are about products and consumer behavior and how to best market new products. Keep that in mind.
Be consistent in your answers from start to finish.
If they ask you to input how much you drink of something or watch tv or whatnot, write your answer down on paper. If you say that you watch 30hours of TV a week and then fill out a form that asks you how much you watch each show, you are going to need to come up with 30 hours. Sometimes there will be a few pages of programs to fill out. Don't lie.

Its ok to remember other info as the survey goes on. If you miss 1/2 at the beginning, you will probably get bumped for inconsistancy. As you take more surveys you will get better at knowing your habits.
If they ask you what surveys you have done in the past...only mark the ones you completed.

if you are self employed, part time and the survey only has part time, that is what you put.
fill out all your profile data. Keep it up to date.

If you keep getting the same kind of survey and keep getting rejected, do the research that you didn't know. If they ask if you were at a certain kind of website or some kind of activity. look at them and do some of the stuff. Then you can answer those questions.

Surveys are about learning how consumers learn and react to advertising. Being a good researcher is part of that.
That is all for now.

Awesome advice! I'm hardly ever bumped out of a survey. I answer honestly and take my time. Stick with it and you should have no problems.
Thanks for sharing!

Some surveys take longer to be credted to your account. Just today I recieved credit for a survey I took a week ago. It was a FC survey,  "Post election" survey!

I would be careful taking that long. If your time is too far off from that average time it should take it might not give you credit so don't speed through them or take 3 times the quoted amount
