Flossing

I floss after I brush before I rinse with mouthwash.

I do floss my teeth especially after eating meals. Thank you for sharing this info. Did you notice any significant improvements by flossing before brushing?

I usually floss at least once every other day and yes, I do it before brushing.

I have just got into the habit of flossing b4 brushing.

I don't do it often because my gums bleed a lot, but I really need to get in the habit of doing it. I just forget.

I always try to use a Soft Bristles toothbrush.
