Hi,

I just completed a survey for Qualitrics for a long period of time and I didnot get credited the $1 to my account.  The survey was about 30  minutes maybe longer, so you can see  my dismay.  Who should I contact about this.....xenagirl92

It's necessary to leave the last/completed page 'open', (not closed-out), for 5-15 minutes after completing a survey to allow credit processing.  That may be what happened or, a technical glitch.  Since such a survey was offered by a survey provider and not FC, FC can't do much about it.
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

I have trouble with some of the surveys that show up in my Fusion Cash Surveys.  Most of the surveys I do that are Fusion Cash surveys do credit for me, but it seems like the ones that related to pantherainteractive don't always credit for me.  I do leave up the congratulations page for several minutes, sometimes hours and I sometimes get credit, sometimes don't.  I had one yesterday that was on movies for $1.25, but it never credited even though I left up the congrats page up for at least a couple of hours.  Other times, I do receive credit.  I also had a grocery one yesterday that did credit for $1.00.  Most of the fusioncash surveys do credit for me and I have no complaints as I just had my largest cash out to date and largely because of the fusion cash surveys.  Keep plugging along.

I hate when these things happen. You said that you had just completed the survey. You might still get credit. Give it up to 24 hours and then I suggest opening a support ticket. Fusion Cash might not be able to help you directly but perhaps they can tell you who to contact from the survey site.

Surveys are a hit or miss. Some credit and some don't. Everyone who does surveys has had a story like this and not just on Fusion Cash. This happens on all sites.  :BangHead:

...Sorry, just wanted to let you know I have watched the movies for only one/two cents and amount is not being credited to account.  I now it is not a lot at all but it is a task and I did complete it...xenagirl92

There are several things that will cause a survey to not credit. If you completed the survey in a time that was too off from the recorded average time it probably won't credit you so don't speed through them or keep stopping or taking too long. On the FCSurveys the ending you come up as the congratuations and you should leave that up until you see that you have received credit. Sometimes it will credit instantly and other times it may take up to 10 minutes.

oh yes. i think this happens sometimes.  i think they use a math formula to calculate whether you qualify or not through out the entire survey. it's not always just in the beginning.  i think in some surveys they repeat the same questions to test whether you are really reading it and answering it honestly. if you speed through the survey obviously you wouldn't notice the same questions and you wouldn't answer correctly.  it is very possible they throw that at the end to spin you up. but i'm not saying it's not possible to get credited because i have.  i usually go for the lower credit ones and not so time consume ones. they usually tell you about how long it will take.
who you ask.... maybe you can open a ticket in support..
