Cavs vs Lakers in final...

Will likely be a 6 or 7 game series, so I'm not sure who will win.  Both have a fair shot.

Much respect to LBJ! He deserves that MVP Trophy, and they all deserve the best record in the League...But write this down, type it out w/e they will be swept in the Finals by my beloved LAL! :P I wouldn't be surprised if they make it a clean sweep 15-0  :icon_rr:

This is incredibly unlikely.  The Lakers MIGHT win one game at Cleveland (they'll have to win at least 1 in order to win the series).  It will be no less than a 6 game series, most likely a 7 game series.  You're not going to sweep a team that went 40-1 at home...nor will the Cavs have it easy in LA given the Lakers went 36-5 (I believe) at home this season.

We are to deep for them hehe and the rest of the League...you do realize Lakers didn't even have Bynum when they beat Cavs badly at home :P AND Celtics, all on the same road trip! They didn't even play their best Ball. The whole regular season is like one big training camp for Philosopher's team. Playoffs will be flawless LAL basketball.

Stop exaggerating please.

I myself am a Lakers fan and think they have an equal, legitimate shot at winning it all.  But they will not sweep the Cavs if they meet in the Finals.  There have only been four Finals sweeps in the history of the NBA playoffs, and those sweeps were between teams where one team was clearly WAY better than their opponent (which wouldn't be the case in Lakers vs Cavs).  The Lakers have had much better, deeper teams than they have this year and still didn't sweep the playoffs or the Finals.

The Cavs have just as legitimate a chance to win it all as the Lakers do.  They're an incredible team at home (they have home court advantage), they have one of the best players this game is ever going to see, they have solid role players now, and they have a good amount of confidence coming in with the overall #1 seed.  Not to mention they'll likely only have one, if any, tough series throughout the entire Eastern Conference playoffs.

Okay well I'm not saying the cavs are going to sweep the Lackers. But, don't get your hopes up on winning if your a Laker fan because it is unlikely with the cavs home record. But anything can happen.

The Lakers are the only team to beat the Cavs at home, without Bynum.  The Cavs are a terrible team on the road compared to how they play at home.  One win at Cleveland would be all the Lakers need in an ideal series.

It's not really that unlikely.  Both teams would have a very legitimate shot at winning should they meet in the Finals.
