do you watch dvds or blue rays

Got a Sony Bluray player last Christmas, and the pricing has dropped a lot!  Much less expensive now.

I don't have a Blu-ray player, so it's DVD in this house.  I hate how every time a new format comes out you have to start all over.  I own probably 75 DVDs, half of which I probably owned on VHS first.  At least a Blu-ray player will still play a DVD so you don't have to re-buy everything again.

Right now, DVD's is one of our main source of movies and other entertainment. I haven't tried BlueRay as of yet.

i watch dvd's because blue rays will only play on blue ray players and despite having one, lots of people still dont even know what blue ray is

Mostly I buy dvds, because I can only watch blu-ray on my ps3. I've heard some horror stories how that can really bang up your system!

I don't think BluRays ever really took off. They came out too close to DVDs!! Perhaps if they had come out a few years later (not during the recession, mind you), they would have fared better.

DVDs for me too. I dont have a bluray player and have no need for one.

  I know the feeling, I don't have a need for one eigther all I own are dvds also.
