HOW DO I GET THE BANNER???

NEWBIE here (or PROBIE - I watch too much NCIS....lol).....I would like to know how to make that banner I see at the bottom of some of you guys posts.  The one that shows how many offers you completed and how much you earned.  I want to post it on mine but can't figure it out, duh?   :binkybaby:

I think I found it......for some reason a minute ago when I searched the work banner I got "0" results.  Don't know what happened.

It took awhile for mine to show up when I first added it too, must be one of those things....  ???
