For offers like this, it would be best to sign up for a google phone number. This allows you to give them the google number, but route the call to your phone. It works great on offers like this because you will never have to actually give out your personal phone number. Then, if you start getting a bunch of junk phone calls to that number, you can just change to a different google number.
