Unwanted prayers are not only offensive but they also go against some people beliefs. Also to publicly post that you are praying for someone whom has repeatedly stated they do not want them is nothing more than you simply trying to be a show off.

I appreciate all comments.  I did not know it was against the rules to mention a member by name, as I have seen it done on here numerouse times. My prayers for Falcon are not that he find religion, because I feel that will never happen. My hope is that he will lighten up and give eveyone on here a chance and not be so mean. I am not trying to shove religion down anyones throat as I truely believe we all have a right to our own beliefs. I also believe we also have a right to be treated with respect and that is where he lacks in treating people with his comments. I have nothing against him personally as I do not know him, I just dont agree with his method of disrespect in his posts on every subject. Im sorry if I offended anyone, but these are my opinions.

I no longer read his posts as they are usually hateful so I'm not interested.

Yet, you still gossip about someone whose posts you're not reading to interject a specious opinion.  That's not ignoring, it's ignorant.

What really happens to jw cultists who proselytize?

When they post garbage and repetitive posts about xtians, bible,God etc they are getting their rewards in full the same way as the Pharisses. They think they will get a hearing for all their negative postings in their own minds.Their brains fester in the debauched state of mind more so with each post they write and thats how they want it.

The more they do so the sadder state of mind for each as it grows and grows like a cancer till its un-operable.

I see, so nothing can be done unless the jw cultist is able to break free from the blind faith mind control of that belief system.  It can be done but, it would take a willingness and courage to question such superstitious beliefs to do so.

It isn't just a "mention", a calling-out thread is one in which a specific FC member is named and flamed and that's what you've been reported for doing since it violates FC posting policy.

That's precisely it; thanks "raven".  Though in this instance, posting such in a calling out thread is intended to goad/agitate/troll/flame the one named and that's against FC posting policies.

Another call-out thread from those who enjoy making a spectacle of themselves while requesting unwanted "prayer" for "others"?   ::)

Yes, another - some do not learn, even when it's happened before.  Now, under the "golden rule", a 'request' for, say a voudoun ritual on behalf of the persons who are 'praying against me' would be permissible.  I'll let them wonder whether or not they're 'golden'.

Falcon 9 is indeed entitled to his opinion.  It is not his beliefs that bother me as much as the hateful tone of his posts.  He seems to feel that he is somehow being personally attacked by harmless, unassuming Christians who post with no intention of even talking to him, and he has to immediately strike back, thereby drawing them into some sort of sick argument which was never the intention of their post, but was the intention of his.  I placed him on ignore months ago after he attempted to draw me into one of his sick arguments when I started a post just out of curiosity about other people who had experienced miraculous answers to prayer.  I see him as a sorrowful little person who has decided that he is going to relentlessly box with GOD.  Someone needs to tell him that his arms are far too short for that.  It certainly wont hurt to pray for him.

Of course, all of this could just be a big joke.  Did you ever hear this song?:

Reasoned conclusions of disbelief which do not require 'faith' are not religious"beliefs", nor are they "hateful".

He seems to feel that he is somehow being personally attacked by harmless, unassuming Christians who post with no intention of even talking to him ...

That's so manifestly false, (evidence to teh contrary exists in various threads and forums, including this thread), that the only possible conclusion is that you intended to lie about it and did.  This thread, which you are posting in, contains several "attacks" by different xtians, (and some replies which are not attacks, by non-xtians plus one xtian).

I placed him on ignore months ago ...

Yet, here you are, gossiping about someone you're not ignoring.

It certainly wont hurt to pray for him.

It's an unsolicited and unwanted magical intercessory ritual and as such, is intentional offensive.  Such offensive intercessory 'magic' will not "help" either but, that's not the point since the manifest intention of the OP was to be offensive, despite denying it.

I pray everyday for sinners.  But to create a post to anger him is giving the devil a hand in cursing our God.  I will pray for him.  However we should be more like Jesus and love him/her not shame him/her.  Sorry some say it is a her and some say him, so I was covering all bases.
God Bless All

You pray for all if this is in you. Whether they want it or not, its still your prayers.

At times he can be very offensive, and does not care who he offends as long as it makes him feel like a big boy,  and we are not suppose to offend him. Sounds like a little boy using grown up words just to make himself feel better.

Both she, another xtian and I have just stated that such is offensive and I'll add that it's sanctimonious and self-righteous to insist on being offensive in this way.

WOW! With all those fighting cancer or dealing with a loss of a loved one, I have a hard time reading a request for a prayer for something so rediculous. I for one am busy praying for those who seriously need them.
