Homecoming
« on: October 19, 2012, 10:08:44 pm »

:)

I went to the Homecoming Football game today.

I didn't really get to enjoy it because sitting behind me were peers...

Disrespectful ones.

Every other word was a cuss word and every other word came out the "N" word..

Especially and shockingly, from a child that looked no more than 8 years old..

:(

Other than that and on the bright side, my pathway aka Small Learning Community won
First Place for our Mural. :)

That's too bad you could not enjoy the game. Too bad you just could not move to some other seats. You cant blame the child,, the behavior is learned from parents and peers.

I know.

Not blaming the child. :P

But yeah, at that point moving was impossible because pretty much the entire bleachers was filled. Plus i lacked mobility with my sports bag having come back from tennis practice, my backpack, and my camera bag to take yearbook photos.

:P The normal teenage life of an International Baccalaureate kid. We carry an unusual amount of busy stuff.

Yeah, that's the unfortunate part about being in a stadium.  It all depends on who you are near.  I try not to curse since I'm in public, but some others don't really care.  I went to a football game once and dealt with a similar situation.  Luckily some of the people around us started arguing with the guys and they toned it down, but it was still uncomfortable.

Homecoming for my school is going to be on Nov. 4. Can't wait!
Opinion: 1) a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter 2) belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge
This is the internet, learn to let people have opinions. And don't be so sensitive.  8)
