I use them fairly often, actually.  Nothing wrong with them from my point of view.  Sometimes it's perfectly appropriate to curse.

Depends on who I'm around, if it's family I don't use it, but with friends yes. It's a natural way of speaking as I've been using it since I was a kid.

I try not too but I do Makeup words and when really mad I do say a couple i don't like it but sometimes it just  comes out like word vomit lol....

I don't use them if it can be avoided.  However, there are occasions when I get injured or something and one may slip out.  Or if I'm really frustrated about something I may use one, though I always sorta figured that's an alright way to use them.  I never understood the people who use them in every sentence.  "This is f'ing sweet" and "this is sweet" might not have the same ring, but if you over use a swear word, it loses it's shock appeal.  If I swear, it means I'm really upset, but if that other person swears, it doesn't mean anything.
