Kraft Gum Video

I have watched the Kraft Gum video many times and have never been able to get credit. I reach the place where Step 2 lights up, visit the site. I visit the site but I have never had the third step light up or received any message telling me that I have gotten my reward and I have never gotten credit. Any suggestions?

Same here, no matter what i do i can't get credit for this. I played the game, visited the site, but the last option never opens up for me. I have tried it in both firefox and internet explorer. I just gave up on the video, not unless anyone has any tips on how to get this to work.

I too have watched this video a number of times and the same thing happens to me, so I guess I will quit trying.

I have gotten credit every time I have watched, I click the game, then exit and click the second window that takes me to facebook a, I exit and voila it credits, try clearing the cookies see if that helps, also try on different web browsers like IE 8 or 9, firefox and/or chrome sometimes one works the other one does not

Thank you all for your comments and suggestions. It has occurred to me that the Kraft Gum Offer is built for windows. I have a mac and maybe that is why I have had so much trouble.

However, someone gave me a suggestion on another discussion. I tried it and I did get credit but it took a lot of effort. Play the game twice. Then go to the arcade and play another game. I took the suggestion, tried it and did get credit but it became very confusing for some reason. My page got frozen and I had to get out of it.

I will try the offer again if I get the video another time. If it gets easier, I will continue to view the video. otherwise I will have to give up.

I've tried in Firefox and IE.  I've gotten credit only twice and have had the same problems others have had.  I have found it frustrating and now I don't even try.  No clue what I did differently to get credit a couple of times.

Update:   Well, I followed someone's suggest and cleared cookies.  Tried it again on Firefox..no luck, but this time after a hung up screen it finally credited in IE.  Still a pain for a penney.  Not sure if I will go through the trouble if it shows up in my videos again.
