Congrats on your cashout!  Best to play it safe - and make a bit more than $25 before cashing out - a couple of times now, I have had monies deducted while pending cashout - this could lower you balance below $25 and ya might not make cashout for an extra month - so to be safe - earn more than you need - so you have enough!
