When is the last time you had a Vacation?

When is the last time you had a vacation and where did you go?  Me, I haven't had a real vacation since the mid eighties, we flew out to Colorado.  Beautiful state.  But since then I haven't really been anywhere, boring.   Oh well.

I haven't had a real vacation since 2007. With all the financial problems I have had lately it hasn't been possible. Looking forward to that changing soon. Then I will definitely be booking a much needed vacation.

I take a vacation ever year.  In April I went to Dominican Republic.  In August I went to Spain.  I had another 2 weeks off in September for my birthday and wanted to go somewhere but I didn't.  Oh well.  I might go to Hawaii in December.  When I have enough time off I travel.  I love to travel and thankfully I work in the travel industry so it's easy and cheap for me to do.

Wouldn't know what a vacation felt like haven't one since well I can't remember so I guess a long time

Oh my me and my family just had a vacation in june. It was awesome. We went to lake erie and went to the great wolf lodge. That place was amazing for the kids and for me and my husband. We also took the ferry over to put-in-bay and spent the whole day there. It rained and thundered and when this happens try riding in a gulf cart it was awesome. We laughed so hard we go soaked while driving. I would suggest a vacation at put-in-bay. Amazing place to go.

Traveled a minimum of three times a year for business with my former home based business. Most of those business trips were also mini vacations and some were full vacations. Went to places like Baltimore, MD, they have great sea food. Las Vegas, went to take a class, first time I was there and that far west. OKC in Oklahoma, was in their new basketball stadium. St. Louis, MS, saw the Golden Arches! NYC, been there many times but this was nicer in different hotels I always saw from outside. And many more places. Never won any sales trips, or I would have had trips outside of the US. Picked that business somewhat by accident; talking to a lady at "Good Will" store (it is like the Salvation Army store) one day in 2005. My last real vacation was last Christmas with my in-laws. My husband and I can't go anywhere alone with our daughter because we don't make enough money. But we're okay with this vacation situation.

I haven't been able to get away for over two years now when I attended my family reunion in West Virginia. One of the best vacations was in 2006 when some of my family and I went to Virginia Beach, although I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel that I stayed in overlooked the water. I do plan to save up to travel next year.
