I love smiling it is so good for your soul, when you smile it lights up your whole personality. We sometimes does not realize what a smile means to others, whom may be having a hard day, lost a love one, left a bad relationship they hopes would work out, just gotten some bad news about their health, was thinking about suicide or even murder, but a beautiful smile to them from a loving and beautiful soul could have changed their whole personality, don't discount the worth of a smile, sometimes it makes a whole lot of difference and could save a life or many lives that day. you

Hello Heavenlyscent, 
     I agree with your comment that if you breathe, eat, associate with, or even in your own head be negative then your whole world is negative. Furthermore, one of the hardest issue to deal with when you are weeding-out the negativity that surounds you, is having to say good-by to those friends who not only breathe negative issues they want you to live it to. Therefore, when you have to do that stuff you should  smile to the person on your right then    smile to the person on your left, and hopefully you started to contaminate your world with smiles, positive thoughts, and remember when a window closes there is always a door that opens, or vise-versa!

I agree appreciate what you have and not what you dont smile it does go a long way.  I was in walmarts one day and I was all upset a total stranger comes up to me and says smile you have a pretty face. I felt someone cared and they didnt know me nor do they know anything about me and that helped. Pass it on. SMILE!

    Hello Stretch1967,   

    I have an experitment for you to try, which when I was a young child my grandparents had me to do.    When you are standing in a line or with a group of people, smile to the person on your left and then smile to the person on your right, and then you will be in a smile sandwhich! In fact, my grandpa said people cannot help smiling when another person smiles at them.
