Im now on this program for losing weight and toning down but the results are slow,what easy at home remedies can i add to this program,its getting cold so should i still try to jogged ?IN THE COLD... :BangHead:

Invest in a $500 treadmill. Jogging in the cold solved! Also try to only eat when you're truly hungry.
