Need Help Cooking Crab Meat

Need help. Is Crab Meat you but at the Supermarket already cooked or do you have to cook it and if so how do you cook it???

Hard to say without knowing more specifically what you have but if it is already out of the shell it is most likely already cooked and OK to eat in a salad. If it wasn't cooked it would still be very mushy and hard to remove from the shell. If it is still in the shell then you would most likely steam or boil it.

I brought it package at Sam's Club and just wanted to know if it was ready to eat or needed to be cooked.
