I'm trying to drink my 8 glasses of water a day

in hopes to clear this new acne problem I've been having the last couple of months.  So far no great results, but I'm going to keep at it.  It's healthy anyways lol I should do it with or without an acne problem.

I have that same problem too. it seems like if im not drinking enough water and eat too much sweets espcially chocolate my skin breaks out a lot.

i have more then 8 glasses of water a day now that i'm pregnant. i'm always wanting water.

True drinking to much water can hurt you! But very few people do drink to much water, many more people do not get or drink enough water!

I only drink water when I workout. I get my water from my coffee, my juice, my tea, or my soda. And I'm still healthy!

I don't know about 8 glasses depends how big your glass is, I try to drink 13 cups I measured out a cup of water to see how many glasses of water 3 1/2 glasses of water I need a day. I have a tall plastic cup it holds 3 cups of water.

Everytime I try to drink that much I spend my whole day on the toilet!  I don't dare go to far from a bathroom.  LOL!!!  TMI

I love to drink ice water.  I have a big plastic bottle with a straw... that I carry around everywhere

Drinking water helps clear up the skin because it flushes out toxins.  At least this has been my experience.  Try cutting back on unhealthy foods also.  When I took on a healthier lifestyle change to lose weight I found my face clearing up.  A few times a week I mix baking soda with my face soap.

i have no problems drinking water,,lov a glass of ice water,,i do drink probley 6 to 8 glasses a day

I wish I can drink 8 glasses a day but I cant sometimes I just drink fresh juices.

When I first started to be conscious of how much water I drank a day, I would keep track on a piece of paper and mark down a mark when I drank another glass of water.

Now it is no problem for me to drink 8+ glasses of water.

I drink at least 2 Liter bottles of water daily.  Each liter is actually a little more than 4- 8oz glasses of water.

I don't drink enough water like I should.  I try to drink water but can only drink it if it is very cold or has ice in it.

I have a water filter on our tap, so I fill my Liter water bottles and keep them in the refrigerator.  I like my water cold too.
