most videos not playing

is anyone else having this problem? i love the videos offers they are the most fun to complete but as i click them it says not available and a ref id. then when it reloads they are still there.

then the same videos come back again a couple days later and i still cant watch them !! why?

Had a problem with them last night, the computer froze. But I just rebooted my computer and everything was fine. So I did not open a trouble ticket. Some did seem to take a while to load. Get them while they are hot! Some don't last long. As a part of my SOP/DOP (Standard Operating Procedures/Daily Operating Procedures) I watch them as soon as I come on line. And I go back every time I come on to see if any are there.

I have not had any problems with the videos today, but did have one or two that loaded, but did not credit.

I use my IE browser to access the videos.  Have tried it using Firefox and had more trouble getting credit.

Usually when a video comes back up after you've viewed it, you might be able to view it again, but not always.  I always check to see whether I've gotten credit for a video before closing out the tab and go on to the next one.  If I don't get credit, I just chalk it up to experience, but sometimes, I will see that I need to do something more (ie step 2) before I will get credit.

Also:  have you cleared your cookies and temp recently?  Sometimes that will clear up a multitude of ills on your computer.

I've never had that happen. I just get that with the surveys

I played all of the videos and they played fine on my computer and I got credited so I'm not sure what went wrong on your part.
