I disagree.  Religiously-based superstitions are uninspiring.

Psalms and Proverbs are both full of inspiration!  :)
So don't read them, don't open threads and force yourself to read them.  Read your own choices that you enjoy.   That makes a lot more sense, you know...   But, it's your choice after all - your choice to open the threads and read what you don't like so you can pitch a fit about it - it's your choice to then receive feedback when you give feedback.

So, don't read the dissenting viewpoints posted in response.  Doing so is your choice as well.

Whoa... hold on!!  I don't have a problem with reading dissenting viewpoints in response, and will respond either way - especially when it's a real debate.  What I will indeed respond to are the intolerant and hateful comebacks that are unnecessary.  I will read them and will back or support anyone who is being treated that way.

On the contrary, you apparently do have a problem with opposing/disenting viewpoints which has been amply evidenced by extensively archived posts in which you attempt to characterize them variously as "rude", "disrespectful" and so on in order to try censoring such dissent.  That contention is further substantiated by your demonstrated pattern of not responding in context when your baseless assertions are questions, (except with further unsupported assertions).  The evidence supporting these contentions exists in this thread and even in this posted/archived reply of yours:

What I will indeed respond to are the intolerant and hateful comebacks that are unnecessary.  I will read them and will back or support anyone who is being treated that way.

Given your recently prior preference for 'backing up/supporting' other faith-blinded religious adherents, (whether new or old to FC), doubtless you regard them as too weak to have the courage of their own convictions are required such misguided 'white-knighting', (or, tilting at windmills).

Do not answer anyone stupid according to his foolishness, that you yourself also may not become equal to him

I need to remind myself of that quote too.

You needn't be too concerned since you've got a ways to go from working up from abysmally-stupid, through blindly-ignorant up to merely foolish.

Where there is severely diminished cognitive functioning, there is a blind faith huckster of rhetorical platitudes.

"Where there is no wood the fire goes out,and where there is no slanderer contention grows still."

"Have the legs of the lame one drawn up water? Then there is a proverb in the mouth of stupid people."

Here's another for faith-blinded "stupid people"; where there is no food, the body hungers and where there is no water, the tongue thirsts.  Where there is no rational thought, faith blinds the fundie to reason.
