family relatives visit from out of town

How often does your family,[ son, daughter, sister, brother,mother, father,etc....] if you have any out of town, visit you?
My sister and her husband are here in Florida visiting me for a week's vacation.
They live in Arkansas.

Most of my family lives in the town and state that I do, but my sister and nephew live out of state and only come in once a year or every few years.

My family lives about 30 minutes away. Usually I am the one who goes out to see them usually for holidays. My husbands family has visited us twice in 8 years and we go up twice a year to see them about 4 hours away.

All of my family live at least 3 hours away in different locations.  I see my mom and sister, who I'm closest to, about 4 times a year, usually for about 3-4 days at a time.  It's never enough as I miss seeing my little niece grow up.
