Over the years I had many breeds of dogs.  Thinking about all of them, I think I liked the Springer Spaniel.  She was a great family dog when I had two young children.

My favorite breed of dog is the Golden retriever, because they are so friendly and give such good companionship. I never got the chance to own one, but I really wanted one when I was younger. I've heard they are one of the most dogs in america to own. If I ever owned a dog (Where I live doesn't allow pets) I would own that breed of dog. Dalmatians kind of were interesting too, but I heard they have health concerns that would make me pass on them.

I prefer small dogs, and I usually get Chihuahuas.     I love all sorts of dogs, though.

I don't really have a favorite breed of dog. I do have a chihuaha. He very cute and very spoiled. We also have a mixed breed puppy we adopted as a stray. We aren't really sure what he is (maybe part lab). He is very playful and full of energy. I think dogs are like people. They need a place to live just like we do. If I am able I will take as many as I can and take care of them so they don't have to worry about a thing.

I have a Jack Russell Terrier, so I'm biased toward them! Super smart, lots of energy, and very affectionate! Plus, they're small enough that I'm not afraid my dog will drag me down the street!

I do love Blue Heelers / Australian Cattle Dogs, though! They're also very intelligent and beautiful to boot!
