Does this really work? Is there really a good chance of payout?

Yes. This does work. There are so many things you can do here to make extra money here. I have made $86 dollars so far. I would have more, but I was pretty lazy in my first few months here. Since then I have kicked things into high gear and have made some real money. There are several offers, surveys, videos, daily tasks, and other things you can do to add up your earnings. The list just on and on. The best that you can to is make 30 posts a month on the forum that contribute to or start a conversation. That right there will earn you $3 a month. There is just too much to list here, but watch the tutorial videos and look through the forum and you can find a lot of extremely helpful information to get you started. Yep.  I've done 3 three payouts already and have gotten around 160 dollars and already have over another 50 collected up.  This is the best payout site I've found in the year and a half I've been doing these sites.

You can also look at a members banner in their signature. This will tell how much someone has made from this site.

If you just cashed out, (presumably, you meant in September 2012), such requests are processed for payment around the 20th of October, (not November).

Yes this will work and you can make money with this site. But as in any job you have to put in the time and work!
