cashout problems
« on: September 28, 2007, 04:54:33 pm »
I've been with fusioncash since may of last year, around october of last year I cashout my 109.50 that I had in my account, but I couldn't get my money because they wanted me to send them my ID and I explained to them my situation and that I couldn't do that because I didn't have a fax machine or a car where I could go somewhere to do it,still they told me that I couldn't cashout,so I stopped visiting the site and doing offers.Recently, logged in to see if anything had change and thats when I saw the phone verification and the direct deposit. Before I verified my phone I opened a ticket specifically asking them if I verify my phone will it be enough to cashout and in response they told me yes.Today i did some offers and I earn 28.70 bucks so I tried to cashout and they told me that I coulldn't because i had a previous cashout denied so I explained that someone told me that I could and in response they told me that she didn't know what she was talking about and that they talked to her.Can someone please help me.

The support representative who helped you was new to the job at the time and didn't fully understand our policies regarding your situation.  I already apologized - and again - I am sorry.

While we made a mistake, you are still eligible to be paid.  All you have to do is provide your identification as requested.

If you have no access whatsoever to any fax machine or scanner, then you can go to a Kinkos or similar store where they will let you send a fax for a fee.

blackbeauty if ur disabled at the moment, perhaps u could get a neighbor to help you with that stuff..and to be on the safe side in case you ever have to  do this again...if I were you..i would invest in a scanner..they arent really that expensive..cuz it seems like ur cashout is gonna be held up until u get them the info they're requesting

I don't understand, I was denied credit for BIDZ.com, which I bought several items from after I signed up with them and now I waited almost four months for them to tell me I can't receive credit, this is total bull, i am so upset, what is the sense of my really spending my time and money doing these offers and to be cheated from been credited. I spent my money for nothing.

If I have proof that I bought from BIDZ.com and did sign up with them will I still get credited.

I need to understand why I was denied this payment.  Please help
