Would you get a lot of junk mails/phone calls after signing up some offers?

today, i got a chain letter sent to my post office box...

there was no return address on the envelope, just a letter inside saying for me to send $10 to a name on the list and then add my name.

i just threw it away of course. maybe it didnt have anything to do with the fact that I use my PO Box on forms at this site, but i was kinda freaked that someone has my address and i dont know who it  is.

I have never received a chain letter from doing Fusion or any other site.  It could be a coincidence.  Actually, I hardly receive any snail mail from doing the sites, but I do receive tons of emails.

ok first any one can get your address like telemarkets just with your name alone but by experience i have never received any mail that i didnt ask for especially through fusion cash .. you need to look else where for the root of your problems

i used a post office box address that i never really used until i joined this site.
and i didnt say this site was the problem....I'm saying I'm not sure.

My cell phone never rang until I joined Fusion Cash.  Now I get on average 20-25 calls a day from soliciters.  But, I just doin't answer if I don't know the number, this prevents my minutes being used up by unwanted calls.  If they are important they will leave a voice mail.

Tons of emails.. so I made a separate email before I joined here.. so I can keep track of what is what. Yes, your phone will ring but only from places you signed up for and agreed to be contacted. I have never received a phone number from a place I didnt sign up for. If you can get a private line.. do so, that way you keep work and personal apart  Good Luck! This is a great site!!

I'm new here and I notice that a lot of offers also require you to submit your postal address and phone numbers. I am just curious to know whether you would get a lot of junk postal marketing mails and phone calls after giving out the information...thanks for answering!

 best thing to do as far as the emails. make a email account just for offers. that way they are not killing the mail you use daily

Nope closest is a Minneapolis Number. Oh well.

As for junk mail. I get about 300 spam a day. Which is why I set up an email JUST for Fushion Cash.

I give my home address and email but never my home phone or cell phone. I tried to give my home phone before and I'd have people harassing me constantly trying to sell me stuff or say I wanted information when I never signed up for it. I just delete all the junk mail, because you will get tons of it. I've rarely gotten any junk mail to my house but those are easy to just toss away.

I give my Google Voice phone number and then check the incoming call number on my cell phone. If the number is blocked or doesn't bring up a contact name I ignore it. If I get multiple calls from the same number I simply add it to my contact list and identify it as "Ignore"

Eventually they stop calling.
