I have not heard of earthing pad  *David Wolfe*. I will check it out. Thanks for sharing. I wish I could afford to do more for all the pain I suffer.

What is earthing pad? I suffer constant pain everyday and nothing I've tried natural has ever worked.

I am not sure how they work, they are sort of like a mattress pad, and somehow they are suppose to help you ground yourself with the earth, restore you body's balance.  I have a couple of friends with children who had real health issues.  (Chron's disease, lukemia).  Both were/are able to sleep better when they had the earthing pads on their beds.    And if you are able to sleep better and or longer, it helps your body to heal and repair itself, to relax more completely  to just rest better.  I thought it was a crock until I saw the difference in these 2 children.  It may not work for everyone, but it sure made a difference with these two.

I have nerve damage and fibromyalgia. I use glucosamine/chondroitin, grape seed, B-Complex and Zinc. I sure notice the difference when I don't take them!

yes they work wonders and even on pregnant women but be careful with reflexology while pregnant because there is a pressure point that can induce labor. i was told by a friend who is taking reflexology classes. he refuses to touch my feet coz he knows my history.

I had never heard about the earthing pad before and found some interesting articles by doing a google search using "earthing pad".

The most interesting one provided a history about how it was discovered and ultimately developed as a useful medical tool.

I'd like him to come rub my feet right now, lol! I am pretty ready to be done with pregnancy ;) I'm going to try to make it through labor naturally, so I need all the natural pain relief techniques I can find - thanks for the suggestions!
