Thanks for any help you can give me.

what it means is that you need to request a cash out within 180 days or you will loose any earnings you have made. Unfortunately if you have not been participating on a regular basis , you probably won't have hit the required $25 to cash out. If you had done the daily email and paid to click over the 6 months at 17 cents per day for the 180 days, you would have earned $30.60 plus your initial sign up bonus of $5 but if you have not participated, then FC considers that you are not that interested and they can not afford to carry the information for longer than that on their records nor the expense of more storage and band width for inactive people so they claim back anything that has been left sitting and cannot reach the $25 cash out amount within 180 since the two easiest tasks would have put you over that amount.  Check some of the threads under payments for additional clarification. Sorry if you did not do more than the first day or so, you will most likely be loosing what you have earned.

First, look at your account page.  It will list all of the credits that you have earned. On the left side of the page (half way down) will be your current account balance.

Right below the total account balance will be a split of the account balance between offers and bonuses.

You must have a minimum of $25 in total AND a minimum of $15 in offers in order to request your cash out.  (Not sure what the reference is to "points" means -- since everything I've seen is translated in dollars and cents.)

There is a date associated with each offer.  When that date is 150 days old, you will see a warning message in red above the credit saying that this credit will expire in XX number of days.

Hopefully, you are nowhere near that time frame yet.

Easiest way to reach your minimums is to do the daily click ($.15) and the daily email ($.02) and any of the video ads that appeal to you.  You can also try any of the daily surveys.

You can get bonus monies by doing completing at least 30 posts in the Forum each calendar month -- and request the bonus -- on or before the last day of the month.

There are also contests and promotions in that section of the Forum that can add cents to your account.

I usually cash out every 3-4 months just doing the dailys and the bonuses.  Just have to get in the habit of doing the basics on the site every day.

Good luck!

Firstly there are no points on this site

It simply means that offers start to expire after 180 days so if you haven't cashed out you'll forfeit that money.  Considering the fact that you only need an average of 14 cents per day to be able to cashout within 180 days you shouldn't encounter that problem. If you get on every day and simply do the email, paid to click and a few forum posts you would be able to cashout in 3 months
