« on: August 28, 2012, 10:16:00 am »
Hi, I tried sending a support ticket for this just now and it keeps telling me "please fill out the form comletely."

Here is what I've filled out in the support ticket:

No Credit for Completed Offer

Subject:
Toolbar shows 'Maximum Search Rewards Earned' but no credit in my account

Message:
Hi, I've completed 21 valid searches this morning and my Toolbar shows 'Maximum Search Rewards Earned' but I have not received credit on my Account page. Would you please check this for me?  Thank you!

The same thing happened to me.  I think this is related to the website being down earlier today and not being able to access the website for several hours.

As a general rule, I usually log in to FusionCash first, and once I'm logged in, I open a new tab and do away with my searches. IMHO the searches are handled by a third party, and after you have 4 valid searches which indicates you've earned 1 shiny penny, the third party then lets FusionCash know you deserve to be credited with 1 cent. This morning, FusionCash may have had server issues, or other kind of problems that caused it to be down. The third party for searches, however, was functioning normally; therefore, you had qualifying searches and apparently earned your pennies, but FusionCash couldn't award you. I don't know if they can do anything about it, but for future reference, it might be a good idea to log in first, to see if the site is up and running, and then do you searches as normal; thus, making sure you're account gets credit for them.

PS: My guess is, the searches still work without logging in to FusionCash, I just do that little extra step, to make sure FusionCash is working normally and get credit as I normally would. If I'm mistaken, feel free to correct me. Good day.

Thanks for the tip.  I have done the searches many times without logging in first and have received credit.  However, there's never usually a server issue, so I'm sure it's connected.  I will most certainly make sure the website it is up and running in the future, however, before I proceed with the searches.

Thanks guys, I'll try to remember to log in first next time. (It's worked before, I hate how I take some things for granted like that.). These things happen tho'. I don't feel too bad, all my searches were things I was curious about or looking for anyway.    :peace:

Won't the the third party still have a record of the searches?
