Three things to mention that you have been misinformed about, or you seem to be confused about:
 1) The bonus for posting your payment proof is $1.00, not $3.00

 2) You post shows a "copied & pasted" PayPal payment, not a screenshot or scanned picture as is required to receive the bonus

paypal doesnt charge as long as the transaction is less than $500.  and then its just like 50c each time.
