Tso's chicken all the way. That stuff is crazy good.

For more "sophisticated" Chinese food I like shrimp stir fry type dishes at the local eateries.

I have a few that I like. The only place I really ever get to have Chinese food is if I go to a local restaurant that has a buffet. I went somewhere when I was a kid (I think it was Chinese, could have been another Asian cuisine) but when I was that young I didn't like this sort of food yet.
