survey frezzing

Okay, has anyone had any problem with the survey frezzing in the middle of completing it? Beacuse thats what happend to me just now. It's not my computer beacuse I opend another window to type this. Whats the problem? Will I be able to retake the survey? I have left it alone for 30 minutes nowstill not comeing back. This is th second time this has happend. It is really frusterating. If I cant retake it will still earn my dollar or am I just "you know".

that sometimes happens to me too...not too sure why but if your using IE for your browser...if you right click the tab your having the issue with...you can click on the duplicate tab button...sometimes this works and just opens up another page at the same point you were at except unfrozen...other times the dupicate page comes back as expired...if that happens there is nothing you can do.....keep trying and dont get too frustrated.....its not a perfect science but most of the time you wont have many issues....good luck....this is just some advice from my experience.

refreshing the page or opening a new tab does sometimes work  I've even hit the back button I get that message dont do that but I can cont with the survey lol
